This Week's Announcements:

  • Item 1: Channel Alerts: Pretty soon Pirate Network Radio will be looking to host one off events, such as special nets, games, or things of that nature. If you would like to be alerted about those times, make sure you have channel alerts turned on for this channel in Zello. Channel alerts can come through to your device as notifications, even if you're not logged into Zello.
      • For Android Users: While in the Pirate Network Radio channel, go to the screen with the big PTT button, click the icon at the very bottom right. You will see an option for "Receive Alerts from this Channel". It should be the very last option. By default it is usually set to "None". If you would like to receive future channel alerts, you will want to set this option to "Always".
      • For iOS, you will want to click on the channel image to view the channel profile, and from there you should see an option for Channel Alerts. Click that option and choose "Always receive Alerts from this channel". Again, you will only want to do this if you do want to receive notifications from PNR.
      • If you need assistance turning on Channel alerts, you can go to history and replay this message, visit our website and look under our help section, or hit me up in the channel after the Boneyard Net and I'll be happy to walk you through it.
  • Item 2: PNR Skeleton Crew: For anyone that has visited our website lately, you may have noticed a new page designated for the PNR Skeleton Crew. Listed on this page are individuals that have contributed to the channel in one way or another. Contributions to the channel could simply mean these individuals are on the channel talking at least every other day. It's basically a VIP list. Recently added are Nelson from Florida and Trucker 255 from Louisiana.. Thank you Nelson and Trucker 255 for helping keep the conversations going. If anyone thinks there's someone missing from this list, please let me know.
